Our VA’s are independent contractors who work out of their home and can complete any tasks that don’t require someone to be in person or need a license.  

Where are our Virtual Assistants located?

All of our current hires are located in the Philippines, although we are currently looking to expand to other areas.

Will you be able to understand your assistant?

YES! They all know English.  In fact 72% of all Philippinos are proficient in English.

How does Cyberbacker select qualified applicants? 

We receive over 15,000 applications each week and have a pretty elaborate hiring process that tests for the most qualified of those applicants.  We make sure they have the qualifications and personality for remote work and we make sure that they have in infrastructure in place, to include sufficient computer equipment, internet service and back up power sources. Only about 100 of the candidates make it through our initial screening process.   We only select the best of the best.

Is my business protected?

Yes, We have a legal entity in the Philippines to protect you.  In the situation where any legal issues arise we have the ability to legally pursue action against the individual.

Isn’t the Philippines a 3rd world country? Do they have the technology to complete the tasks I need them to do?

All potential matches are vetted to make sure that they have the proper equipment and infrastructure in place.  This includes their computer, internet service and battery back up so that they can continue to work even when the power goes out. 

Who decides the days and times that they will work?

The work on your schedule.  You get to dictate the days and times that they will be working with you.  We offer both Part Time and Full Time positions.
